Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or M-Pesa message) is required.
- Items must be in the same condition as delivered.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety standards in Kenya:
- Opened or used skincare and beauty products
- Body splashes, perfumes, lotions, and creams once unsealed
- Sale or clearance items
- Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling
- Items showing any signs of tampering
3. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos or a video as evidence. Once verified, we will offer:
- A replacement
- Store credit
- A refund (based on your preference and stock availability)
4. Refund Process
Refunds may be issued through:
- M-Pesa
- Bank transfer
- Store credit
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
5. Returns & Delivery
- Customers are responsible for return delivery fees unless the error is on our side.

64 Arcade Room 2C, Eldoret - A trackable delivery method is recommended.
6. Order Cancellations
- Cancellation of orders has to be done before delivery and before 1 day if not shipped yet.
- Once the rider or courier has collected the order, cancellation is not possible; only returns may apply under this policy.

8. Important Notes
- Tayella Beauty Limited reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
- Skin reactions vary by individual. Products that cause reactions are not automatically eligible for refunds, but customers are welcome to reach out for support.
- Misuse or mishandling of products voids return eligibility.
