Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or M-Pesa message) is required.
  • Items must be in the same condition as delivered.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety standards in Kenya:

  • Opened or used skincare and beauty products
  • Body splashes, perfumes, lotions, and creams once unsealed
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling
  • Items showing any signs of tampering

3. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos or a video as evidence. Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A refund (based on your preference and stock availability)

4. Refund Process

Refunds may be issued through:

  • M-Pesa
  • Bank transfer
  • Store credit

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

5. Returns & Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for return delivery fees unless the error is on our side.
  • Items may be returned via a reliable courier or dropped off at our return location:
    64 Arcade Room 2C, Eldoret
  • A trackable delivery method is recommended.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation of orders has to be done before delivery and before 1 day if not shipped yet.
  • Once the rider or courier has collected the order, cancellation is not possible; only returns may apply under this policy.

8. Important Notes

  • Tayella Beauty Limited reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
  • Skin reactions vary by individual. Products that cause reactions are not automatically eligible for refunds, but customers are welcome to reach out for support.
  • Misuse or mishandling of products voids return eligibility.
